I.    Description

9001(9053RA/RB) epoxy resin is a flame retandant, high toughness and low hardness heat-curing system for Focus Potentiometer potting.

 

II.Properties and features

1.    Low viscosity with good potting characteristics.

2.    Fire retandant with the V-0 class of  UL94 standard.

3.    Good cold and hot impact resistance, able to withstand cycle temperature ranging from –40^oC to +120 ^oC.

4.    Outstanding electric insulation, mechanical and physical properties.

*The data above are measured under the condition that the mixture proportion is 100:50, cured at 100℃ for 4 hours.

VII.   Storage, transportation and points to note

1.      9001(9053RA/RB) should be stored in dry and ventilated rooms. The lid of the container, once opened, should be tightly re-covered to avoid the resin from deteriorating by absorbing moisture. The quality warrant period is 6 months. In case the period is expired, routine inspection should be carried out to check if it still could be used.

2.      This product does not belong to dangerous article. It can be stored and transported in the way as common chemicals do.

3.      Protection measures should be taken to protect the operators. In case of contacting with eyes or skin, rense immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advices.

 

VIII.            Packing

· A:30KG; B: 20KG metal containers; or containers specially designated by customers.

· The containers should be marked with manufacturer, batch number, net weight,

and qualified mark.

temperature of 25℃. They are just for customers’ reference. We cannot
